    Job Description:

    As a part of the content team, you will serve as an example to the intern(s) and assist in managing them from a job content point of view. The Content Creator is in charge of seeing digital content projects through from concept development to post-production and delivery. In his/her function, he/she reports to and works with the Head of Social Media on day-to-day content generation.

     

    Daily tasks include filming and editing all content for the NR brands, helping create systems for scaling video, photo and audio content, assist with onboarding freelance video/photo production staff, managing content production and communicating with the management and relevant other internal stakeholder to make sure we deliver exceptional value to the Nico Brand and partners.

     

    Direct Line Manager:

    Head of Social Media

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • In charge of English and German Social Media Content creation. Ensuring all copy/text is correct in videos, captions, banners etc. This includes all forms of social media.

    • Manage the conceptualisation and on-site production activities, as well as assist in pre-production planning for all of the Nico Rosberg brands (even when out of the office)

    • Deliver high quality product on time and within budget.

    • Being experienced in efficient and fast-paced editing.

    • Show thought and execution leadership on content production.

    • Consistently ensure the best possible creativity and quality of work.

    • Work with additional staff during video production and assist in showing them the NR way.

    • Work together with the Head of Social Media to ensure that all shoot/content requirements are met onsite.

    • Work together with the Head of Social Media to ensure that all projects are on schedule and content is released by the agreed deadline dates.

    • When appropriate, work closely with Brand & SoMe Management to develop projects and execute creative concepts.

    • Being a Social Media native, i.e. identify best practices and new trends for Social Media Content (video/photo/audio) and ensure continues learning.

    • Prescribes to timely video & photo collection to ensure all (own/internal) media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained.

    • Process and respond to a high volume of incoming management requests for content production.

    • Ensure best possible content quality within the assigned time frame to ensure best possible value for the NR Brand.

    • With the help of the Senior Editor, resolve elevated/prolonged production issues (backlogs) on a project level.

    • Graphic and sound design is a plus

    • Flexibility is key, as some projects include traveling

    • Passion for Innovation, Sustainability and future trends (i.e. mobility, food etc.) and motorsport

    • Taking responsibility and oversee the content production to increase content quality and reduce feedback loops.

    • Leading the conceptualisation of content briefings for smaller content projects

    Content Creator Intern

    Job Description:

    If you are a creative powerhouse that thinks in stories, photos and videos​, who enjoys creating reels and other trending content, then this is the perfect job for you! We are currently searching for a young content creation enthusiast who is looking to hone her/his skills. You will work together with the social media team in creating weekly content for all of our channels, as well as selected events and other NR group companies such as RXR or Greentech Festival and will be responsible for the daily support of the Head of Social Media and the rest of the creative team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • 360° Social Media Content creation for the Nico Rosberg Brand incl. covering the channels YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.

    • Support the content creation team with video/photo/graphic/audio editing for Social Media content across all platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Audio)

    • Independent preparation of video and photo shootings: Including content concepts and the technical execution of the (video or photo or audio) shooting

    • Assist in preparing content and shooting execution briefings

    • Support the team during production activities and lead own smaller projects

    • Be a Social Media Native: Bring in new/external creative ideas to develop new content formats and raise the bar to engage with a global community

    Job Details:

    We are on the lookout for a native English social media manager who can think strategically and be able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced and exciting environment. You will be responsible for several social communities and will be expected to monitor online conversations, pull reports and create engaging content on a daily basis.

    • Manage social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, (pot. TikTok).

    • Implement the social media strategies, coordinating with the Communications Director.

    • Daily Management, content generation and updating of all communities.

    • Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Communications Director in a timely fashion.

    • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media, using relevant ORM tools to report and to measure the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results.

    • Monitor all competitor activity.

    • Keep tabs on all current trends and maintain online relationships with other brands and bloggers.

    • Manage our database of email subscribers

    • Create basic click-funnels for new subscribers

    • Create an email format and send out our monthly newsletter (copy will be supplied)

    Brand Communications Intern
    (6-month remote placement)

     

    Job Details:

    If you’re a strategically-inclined brand management or communications grad-student/ graduate with a passion for brand strategy and all thinkable forms of communications, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you!

     

    We are on the lookout for an intern who can think strategically and is able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced and exciting environment. You will be responsible for several smaller projects and will be expected to assist across multiple organisational areas, create reports and engage with brand partners on a daily basis.

    As the Brand Communications Intern, you will brainstorm ideas to meet brand and communications objectives, help execute plans and report on campaign results. Your goal will be to help increase brand awareness for Nico Rosberg through the partial planning of campaigns and execution of effective communications.

     

    In this role, you should be creative and results-oriented. An analytical mind and research skills are essential to this job. If you’re also an excellent communicator and team player, then you are the person for the job.

    If you can show promising development, future management potential, and a high level of personal initiative, then this position has the potential to develop into a full-time position.

    • Assist the Brand & Commercial Director (BD) to determine brand objectives and ensure the company follows its strategy

    • Assist the BD and Head of PR in creating presentations and reports

    • Assist the BD in the creation and implementation of a new brand guide (logo, colour palette, font type, etc.)

    • Daily support in brand partner communication/exchange

    Job Details:

    • You will work together with the brand marketing team in creating weekly content for all of our channels, as well as selected events and partners.

    • Your job: edit all relevant communication materials, brand design elements, as well as social media posts

    • You would have to be available part-time. Ideally you live in or around Monaco, but we could also consider a home office set-up. 

    • It would be best if you work the Adobe Creative Suite

    • General knowledge of animations and visual effects is a big plus

    • Even though Nico stopped racing in F1, speed still matters to us. You should be able to edit at on a high performance level.

    • You know how to design brand books from scratch? Major plus point!!

    • There will be a test period of 3 months, but if all works well, you will join the team on a retainer-basis.

    • The possibility to make it a full-time job exists too.

    • Of course the brand is always a “work in progress” so things might be tweaked along the way, but we do know for sure that we need more creative input in our team!
